At Shop Electrical, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We understand that sometimes you change your mind after you’ve ordered and that occasionally items can be damaged in transit.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If any products are delivered damaged or incomplete, you can obtain a replacement or full refund provided the original product is returned to us, or we agree to the replacement without needing to see the damaged item.

RETURNS AUTHORISATION
In the first instance, please contact a member of the Shop Electrical customer service team via (https://www.shopelectrical.co.uk/contacts-us) to discuss your return and provide you with a returns authorisation number.
GOODS NO LONGER REQUIRED
Products should be returned no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be unopened and in ‘as new’ condition in their original manufacturer’s packaging; all items are checked before refund approval. Products that have been used or fitted will not be refunded as we will not be able to resell the item. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange and bear the cost of returning unwanted items. For your protection, we recommend using a recorded delivery service. Where a carriage charge has been applied on an order below £50, it will not be refunded if the goods are returned. Any products that have been made or altered to a customer’s request will not be accepted for credit (including ALL cables that are cut to length). Refunds are usually completed within 7 working days from the date the goods are received back and will be refunded using the original payment method.
FAULTY/INCORRECT GOODS SUPPLIED
Replacement faulty items will be dispatched once the original item is received back. Alternatively, we can process a new order which will be refunded when the faulty item is returned to us. Replacements for items sent incorrectly will be dispatched on the same working day if in stock and before our courier cut-off time. Faulty goods must be returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period (normally a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase). Some items (showers, water heaters, storage heaters, etc.) will be warrantied by the manufacturer, who will arrange an on-site engineer visit. Please always speak to one of our customer service team via email: sales@shop4electrical.co.uk or call +44 (0) 28 8771 2024 before uninstalling the item as this may cause further unnecessary disruption and delays. We will arrange for the collection of all faulty or incorrect items via our courier company.

Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014)
In law, you have a separate right of cancellation during a “cooling-off” period. If you wish to cancel an order, you have seven clear working days after delivery to let us know. We will refund you upon return of the goods.
